Lobster Dash

The Lobster Dash is a 5 mile race on the hard-packed sand of Ogunquit Beach in Maine.

Some of us run barefoot–which is pure joy on this sand–and others wear shoes.

After the race, every runner gets a lobster roll!

Lobster Dash

The Lobster Dash is a gorgeous race on the packed sand of Ogunquit Beach in Maine. You run for five miles on the most wonderful surface you can imagine, as waves roll in and the sky looks up at you from a reflection underfoot. After the race you get the best possible post-race food: a lobster roll!
